    Comfortable and Well Made

    This barbell pad works really well for hip thrusts and squats. The padding is thick and definitely helps reduce the pressure from the bar. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that it moved slightly during my first workout, but once I positioned it properly it stayed in place. Overall the quality feels great and it’s much better than the pads at my gym.

    Amazing for Glute Workouts

    This pad is perfect for hip thrusts. It helps reduce pressure on the hips so I can focus on the movement instead of the bar digging into me. It also works great for squats. Very happy with it.

    Makes Squats Much More Comfortable

    I started using this pad during squat workouts and it made a big difference. My neck and shoulders feel much more comfortable and the bar stays stable during the lift. Really solid product.

    Great for squats & hip trust

    This barbell pad is great for both squats and hip thrusts. The foam is thick enough to reduce pressure but still firm so the bar feels stable. The quality feels really good and it looks like it will last a long time.

    Excellet pad

    I bought this pad mainly for hip thrusts and it works perfectly. The padding distributes the weight really well and makes heavy sets much more comfortable. It stays in place on the bar and feels very solid. Definitely one of my favorite accessories for glute day.
