I honestly didn’t think lifting hooks would make this much of a difference, but I was wrong. My grip used to give out way before my back or arms were actually tired, especially on heavy rows and lat pulldowns.
These Set Lifting hooks feel super secure around my wrists and the grip is comfortable, not stiff or painful. I was able to focus on my reps instead of constantly re adjusting my hands, and I noticed a way better mind muscle connection during my workouts.
I also love that they don’t feel bulky and fit my hands perfectly. If you lift heavy or want to push past grip fatigue, these are 100% worth it. I already told my gym bestie to get a pair too.
